David J. Eldridge
David J. Eldridge, 31, of Akron, one of God's special children, passed away November 9, 2007 at his residence. He was born November 26, 1975 in Barberton, Ohio. David loved artwork. David was preceded in death by his father, William Eldridge. He is survived by his mother, Joyce Eldridge; sister, Marsha Smith (Doug); niece, Halie Smith; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be TODAY from 6 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron where funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Judy Carney officiating. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all of David's teachers and friends at the Weaver School, Tallmadge Workshop and Mrs. Miller for her care and time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Weaver School or the Tallmadge Workshop.
