David A. Minor

David A. Minor, age 56, has gone home to be with our Lord on November 16th, 2018. David was born on July 15th, 1962 to Ellis and Eula Jean Johnson Minor in Akron, OH. Survivors include, Wife, Aliesa (Betleyoun) Minor; Kids, Lori, Josh, Dallas, Cindy, Dillion, Jason, Casey, Jessica, Keith, and Shayna; Mother Eula Jean Johnson and 22 Grandchildren; Brother Denis; Sister-In-Law Sonya; and Sister Sheila. He was preceded in death by his father Ellis Minor and Brother-In-Law Greg. David was a man of God. He was an amazing Husband, Brother, Son, Grandpa, Father, and Friend. Dave was the life of the party. He enjoyed being at home, spending time with his family, singing and dancing. David enjoyed listening to music that he inherited from the Minor family. He was also a diehard Browns fan. Dave was also a hard working man. He was employed at Northeast Furniture for 16 years and considered his coworkers as a second family. He also loved his friends and knew how to be a friend.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 5-7 followed by a 7 p.m. memorial service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
