David Postma

David F. Postma, 67, passed away on October 10, 2023. He was born on December 28, 1955, the son of the late James and Willetta Postma.
David graduated from Ellet High School with the class of 1974. He retired from Quikey Manufacturing after more than 30 years of dedicated service. David was a man of faith and was a member of Oak Hill Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and an Usher. He enjoyed the outdoors taking hikes with his family, especially completing the Summit County Spring Fling and the Fall Hiking Spree. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Tribe fan. David had many accomplishments but his greatest was his love for his family.
Together again in death are his parents; and beloved sister, Judy Postma.
David is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Michelle A. Postma; children, Charlotte (Dan) Postma-Gorman, Matthew Martin, Christopher (Megan) Martin, Ginger Postma and Sabrina Postma; 3 grandchildren; brother, Steve Postma; sister, Sue Breen; his four-legged companions, 2 dogs and 2 cats; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
Services will be held at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 PROMPTLY at 11:30AM. A luncheon will be served at noon at Oak Hill following the Memorial. We hope to see you there.
