David Allen Ricks, 55, passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2023. Born in Akron, Ohio to Bill and Mary Ricks, he was a lifelong area resident. Dave loved spending time with his best friend Bruce Burgess, watching his favorite band, Rush, attending live concerts and Cleveland Indians baseball games, traveling and amusement parks. An avid gun collector and history buff, he was a Fierce Constitutionalist!
Dave will be sadly missed by his siblings, Tim Ricks (Sharon Geers), Barb Ricks Bailey; best friend, Bruce Burgess.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Dave's name to Wounded Warrior Project. A celebration of his life can be made when you see us out and about...buy us a drink.
