David K. Romesburg

David Keith Romesburg, 85, passed away on May 1, 2023. He was born on April 8, 1938 the son of the late James and Jean Romesburg. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends. David was a man of great faith and lived his life accordingly. He will always be remembered for his love of his Lord and Savior, Jesus, an Immense amount of love for his family, as a great papaw, and his wonderful sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife of 59 1/2 years, Alice Romesburg, brother Jim (Rae) Romesburg; and brother in law Richard Leonhard.
David is survived by his daughter Debbie (Danny) Bogunovich; son D. Kevin Romesburg, grandchildren Daniel (Kelly) Bogunovich, Rebecca (Dale) Welsh, Caroline (Austin) Blyer, and D. Kolby Romesburg; great grandchildren Daniel, Niko and Arrow; sister Carole Leonhard; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held at Marlboro Cemetery (corner of Marlboro Ave and Allen Dr, NE) on Friday May 12th with viewing beginning at 11:00, service following at 11:30 with Austin Blyer officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Make A Wish Foundation and/or St. Jude's.
Interment will take place at Marlboro Cemetery.
