Sadly, David L. Ware (Dave) 56, passed away March 12, 2015. Dave was born on September 21, 1958. He grew up in Coventry, Ohio graduating from Coventry High School and the University of Akron with a degree in Fire Science Technology.
He joined the Akron Fire Department at the age of 23 and retired after 33 years of service with the rank of Captain.
Dave is survived by his children, Nicole and Trent Ware; sister, Kim Jackson and husband Jim and their children, Mark, Daniel and Steven; step children, Natalie Lloyd and husband Danny, Carlie, Clint and Julie Miller.
Dave will be deeply missed by his family, friends and the entire fire-fighting community.
