Dawn Nicole Mcclung

Dawn "Nyki" McClung, 1972- 2021, of Akron passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer.
The family would like to thank Doctor Robin Laskey, her colleagues and all the wonderful people at the Jean & Milton Copper Cancer Center Akron, Ohio for going above and beyond taking care of Nyki during her battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her son Brandon, her father Lewis and her grandmother Margaret.
She is survived by her sons Dakota and Jaden, mother Kay, sister Cindy, brother-in-law Jim, nieces Jillian and Emma, all of Akron, many extended family members and friends.
Life is so precious and death such a thief, but love is a bond that death cannot break, gone from our arms but forever in our hearts.
Following cremation, a private graveside ceremony for family and close friends will be held at Hillside Memorial Park, 1025 Canton Rd. Akron, 44312. To leave a message for Nyki's family, please scroll below.
