Debbie Marie Williams

Debbie M. Williams {Park}, 64, of Akron peacefully joined the Lord in Akron on November 2, 2024. Debbie was born in Akron, OH on January 28, 1960 to Helen and John Park. She attended Ellet High School. 

Debbie was a dedicated wife and mother. She took pride in her home and she loved to work in her garden. She enjoyed being in her yard with her plants and flowers. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She was known for her holiday cookie trays. Debbie also loved her talk radio and spending time around the table with family. 

Debbie is survived by husband Floyd "Kevin" Baker; son James (Debbie) Williams; brother John (Shannon) Park and sister Patti (Paul) Askey. Debbie was also a grandmother to Damian and Draven Williams and enjoyed the company from her several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.

Debbie was preceded in death by husband Stuart Williams, daughter Josephine and parents John and Helen Park. 

Debbie was a strong woman who fought a long battle. While she will be missed by all who knew and loved her, there is peace in knowing her pain is gone and she is at rest. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more mourning and crying or pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." -Revelation 21:4

Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 on Friday, November 15th from 9:30 a.m. until the memorial service that begins at 10:30 a.m. A graveside committal and inurnment will be held at 11:45 a.m. that same day at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd.
