Debbie Ann Wood

Debbie Ann Wood, 54, of Akron, passed away on March 31, 2018. Debbie was born on April 15, 1963 in Akron to Emil and Anna Skorich. Debbie was a loving and generous woman. She enjoyed movies and traveling to the beach. She was a loving mother to her six children, and loved spending time with her six grandchildren.

Debbie will be deeply missed by her children, Danny (Lindsay) Ervin, Amanda (Glen) Ervin, Duane Riley, Angel Riley, Terri (George) Ross, and Heather Wood; parents, Emil and Anna Skorich; sister, Mary Owens; brother, Dennis Ervin; grandchildren, Vanessa, Glen Jr., Sebastian, Maria, Madison, Roslyn; and former spouse, Jeff Wood.

Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, on Wednesday April 11, 2018 to visit from 5pm to 7pm and again on Thursday from 12pm to 1pm. A funeral service will take place at Newcomer on Thursday at 1pm. Interment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park.
