Deborah Carlene Rowand, 65, went to be with the Lord on February 3, 2014.
She was a wonderful mother and her primary focus was her beloved family. She was an avid outdoorswoman who enjoyed going to the gun club, camping, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching old movies and the Olympics. Deborah touched many hearts with her kindness, which turned many friends into family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Rebecca Rowand.
Survivors include daughters, Daphne (Sam) Rivas, Darleen (John) Hutka, Deborah (Beth) Trinidad, and Denise (Scott) Vinson; grandchildren, Sammy, Timothy, Kirby, Tavin, Matthew, Zachary, Kaylee, Ty, Isabelle, Amanda, Cassandra, Scottie, and Allison; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Raelynn, Liam, and Ethan; sister, Charon Graham; and 3 nieces.
Calling hours will be TODAY,(Thursday, February 6, 2014), 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
