The Lord wanted Debby for His special Valentine. Debby took her flight to her heavenly home as her loved ones sang the hymn, "I'll Fly Away." She was born in Akron, Ohio on September 18, 1950 and went home to be with her Heavenly Father on February 13, 2006. Debby was greatly loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 39 years, Kenneth R. Kennell, Jr.; her devoted parents, Erskine & Marjorie Partin; her children, Angela (Timothy) Sipos, Nancy (Nikitas) Papadelis, Randon (Samantha) Kennell, Tamara (Robert) Swartz; and grandchildren, Justin, Hannah and Cameron. Debby was a woman of integrity, grace and passion. She was passionate about her Lord, family and friends. She attended Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Cuyahoga Falls. Her family greatly appreciates all of the love, support and prayers from friends, loved ones, Visiting Nurse Service and the Barberton Cancer Center. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. where funeral services will be conducted Friday at 12:00 p.m. with Debby's pastors, Cary Wadle and Christopher Harter officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Canal Fulton.
