Deborah Lorraine "Debbie" Petak, 72, of New Franklin, passed away peacefully at her home on July 3, 2023. She was born in Morrilton, AR on July 21, 1950.
On April 21, 1979, she married Gerald "Jerry" Petak. They were longtime members of Barberton Church of Christ, and formerly Church of Christ in Crossville, AL.
Deborah is survived by her loving husband Jerry; daughter, Amanda (Jerod) Holzman; son Anthony Petak; grandchildren Keira, Lexi and Mikilah Holzman; sister Carol (Tim) Tyler; brothers Mike (Denise) Stano and Jim (Kendra) Stano; foster daughter Christine San Filippo; many extended family members and very dear friends.
