Debra Jean Forsythe
Debra Jean Forsythe, 48, passed away February 13, 2006. Debra lived in Akron with her mother until 1998 and then moved to Newton Falls to live with her sister. While in Akron, Debra attended the Weaver Workshop. She enjoyed many activities, including playing with her dogs, dancing, listening to Roy Clark tapes, looking at photographs, drinking Pepsi, and playing cards. Upon moving to Newton Falls, Debra attended the Fairhaven Workshop in Niles and spent Saturday nights dancing and listening to music at Fort Newton. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Kaye and Dora Jean Forsythe; and brother, Donald "Eddie" Forsythe. She is survived by her sisters, Patricia (Dale) Whittaker and Carolyn (Keith Paul) Shiflett; and nephews and nieces, Floyd, Bryan, Michael, Matthew, Mark, James, Mary, Donald, Dora, Jeremy, and Justin. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
