Debra K. (Hanscom) Davis
Debra K. (Hanscom) Davis, 52, passed away on February 3, 2009. Debra graduated from Revere High School and the University of Akron School of Nursing. She attended Akron Baptist Temple. Debra enjoyed gardening and animals and will be remembered as a loving caregiver to family and friends. Preceded in death by her father Richard Crane Hanscom. Survivors include her beloved husband Billy Davis; mother Gavonna Leigh Hanscom; her sister Becky Hanscom; granddaughter Mya; and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Calling hours will be Thursday, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 4904 Quick Rd. Peninsula, OH 44264.
