Delores M. Tice, 94, passed away peacefully January 4, 2025 at Tamarack Ridge. Born in Akron, Ohio, she was a lifelong area resident. She was a life member of North Point Apostolic Church. Delores enjoyed worshiping the Lord, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her family.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband William Tice; children, Bonnie Tice, Nancy Booth, Wayne Tice; mother, Edna Chathams; sisters, Ruby Carter, Eleanor Crow. She will be sadly missed by her children, David Tice, Robert (Patricia) Tice, Deborah Tice, Theresa Moyers, Terry Tice, Michael Tice; daughter-in-law, Cynthia Tice; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Thompson.

The family would like to thank the staff at Tamarack Ridge for their loving care of Delores.

Family and friends are invited to visit Monday, January 13, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will take place Tuesday, January 14 at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
