Dennis Goss (John Dennis Goss) born September 26, 1970 departed this world suddenly, but, not alone on January 30, 2021 in Weisbaden Germany. He is preceded in death by his father John Goss. He is survived by his loving wife and soul mate Angel, his proud buddy and beloved son Channing, daughter -in- law Lauren, and very first special grandson, Darius. Also survived by his mother, Brenda Goss, many aunts, uncles and cousins, Dennis loved his family dearly and he truly loved his life, golfing with his Uncle Gary & Aunt Susan, world travelling, motorcycle riding the Dragon's Tail, golfing on Kapalua, swimming with stingrays, trying local foods and beers, zooming down the Autobahn and many more adventures.
A graduate of Garfield High School, he then served proudly in the US Navy for 10 years (notably on "the most highly decorated vessel in U.S. history" USS Parche SSN-683). He was even awarded 'Sailor of the Quarter' once. A proud day for all who knew Dennis was when he was employed by Microsoft many years ago, doing a job that he was passionate about.
In lieu of flowers, family would ask that donations be made to the Blue Coats, 340 Mississippi Street SE, North Canton, OH 44720. Dennis' involvement with the Blue Coats spanned his teenage years and even a few years ago he would catch a show or two!
A celebration of life get together will be held when family can meet. Arrangements are being handled by Newcomer Funeral Home and the International SOS.
