Denvil Kyle Farley
Akron--Denvil Kyle Farley, 65, passed away August 6, 2005 while under Hospice care at Akron City Hospital. Born in Saxon, WV, he lived in the Akron area for the last 40 years. He worked for Hart Oil, Digman Trucking, and Kryder Trucking, retiring in 2001. He will be sadly missed by his "buddies" that went up and down the roads with him for many years. Denvil was the best Grandpa and Pop-Pop to his four grandsons. They were the pride and joy of his life. In his past time, he and his wife enjoyed going to garage sales and antiquing. Denvil never met a stranger. Preceded in death by his parents, Denvil Edgar & Elizabeth Evelyn. He is survived by his loving wife & friend of 30 years, Della Jean Farley; children, Laura Zank (Adam), Beth Miklos (Phil), and Brent Farley, all of Akron; his precious grandsons, Kyle Woods, Zak Zank, Brandon Farley, and his best "Little Buddy" Michael Miklos. Denvil was the oldest of 8 children and is survived by sisters, Rosalee Crider (Condy) of Cleveland, OH, Karen Daley (Eugene) of Central City, PA, and Mary Milam (Richard) of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Wendel (Nancy) & Jeff (Connie) of Lakeland, FL, Gary (Judy) of Durham, NC, and Kevin (Debbie) of Somerset, PA. He will also be sadly missed by his many friends at Springfield Giant Eagle and longtime friends at the Albrecht Avenue Church of God and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. Family and friends may call Monday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Eugene Daley & Rev.
