Derek A. McClintock, 19, of Mineral City passed away July 15, 2008. Derek enjoyed playing guitar, cars, hunting, fishing and riding dirt bikes. He attended school at Tusky and Sandy Valley. Derek will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind his parents Keith and Stacy McClintock; maternal grandparents Ernest (Linda) Daugherty; paternal grandparents Arthur (Judith) McClintock; uncle Bobby Daugherty and aunt Shanell (Terry) Lambert. Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 19 at 1:00P.M. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd., Akron with the Rev. Bob Hoffman and Rev. Brock Miller officiating. Interment will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville, OH. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service.
