Diana Lee Tice was born in Akron, OH on Oct 26, 1950. On Dec. 20, 2008, Diana passed away unexpectedly and went home to be with the Lord. She is survived by her husband, David E. Tice; daughters, Dorothy Ledesma, Dawn Warner (Brian) and Dana Taylor (Jason); son, Daniel E. Tice (Brandi); 13 grandchildren, Ashley, Brian, Amber, Tabitha, Aaron, Travis, Alex, Corey, Chantel, Paige, Faith, Grace and Noah; brother, David Conley; sister, Ammie Starkey; dad, Charles Conley; and many other family and friends. Diana was an extremely loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved going to church, reading the bible, and praising the Lord. Her favorite hobbies were sharing her love for God to all, sewing, bowling and cooking. Diana will be deeply missed by family and many friends. Calling hours will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with Rev. Carl Wright and Rev. Kenneth Tharp officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
