Dianna R. Mcclain

Dianna McClain, 66, of Akron, passed away on April 27, 2024. She was born on August 9, 1957 the daughter of the late Joseph Dufore and Marian Wideman. Dianna enjoyed working with her daughter at Diamond Optical. She enjoyed bird watching, star gazing & planes. She had a caring nature and loved animals especially her grand puppies, Danni, Tunni, Richard and Ms Opal (the cat). She lived her life to the fullest, even in her last days. Her granddaughter, Maezie, was the light in her eyes & her life. Dianna will always be remembered for her infectious smile, her sense of humor, the love of her family, and the kindness in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Rebecca DuFore.

Dianna is survived by her daughter Christi (Clate) Hendricks; and beloved granddaughter Maezie Marian Hendricks; 4 siblings; 3 half siblings; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday May 25, 2024 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. at the Willows Clubhouse. (146 Wilpark Dr., Akron 44312)
