Don E. Ellet Sr., 80, of Atwater, Ohio sadly suffered a massive stroke and passed away on December 6, 2023, surrounded by his family.
Don was born to Pauline and Burliss Ellet on December 25, 1942 in Akron, Ohio. Don held many titles; Don worked as a Master HVAC Specialist and owned his own business. He was an amazing Husband, Father, and Friend. He loved traveling and the outdoors whether it was hiking, fishing, camping, flying airplanes, racing cars, riding motorcycles or mining for gold. He often helped others before helping himself at times and was always there if you ever needed anything. He and his wife, Margie Ellet were always on an adventure together.
He will be sorely missed by all.
Don is survived by his wife, Margie and three children, Bobbi (Ellet), Shawna (Ellet), Erica and Robert (Strickland). He is survived by eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Karen (Carter) and daughter-in-law, Christin (Ellet).
Don was predeceased by his son, Don Ellet Jr.
There will be no funeral or memorial services held. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Don's name.
