Don Anthony Kaforey

Don Anthony Kaforey, age 65, of Akron, Ohio, died on May 27, 2022 at Akron City Hospital.
He was born on April 7, 1957 in Akron, the son of the late Nathan Thomas and Margaret (nee Catanese) Kaforey.
Don loved to play golf after retiring from ACME. He definitely enjoyed driving his corvette. His greatest joy was spending time with his friends and his family, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his loving wife, the former Vicky Willingham, whom he married on October 12, 1996; his daughter, Jennifer (Jerry) McKinley; and his grandsons, Jacob, Joey and Jordan.
His brother also survives, Pat (Sue) Kaforey; his mother-in-law, Linda (nee Lee) Willingham; and his brother-in-law, Robert L. Willingham.
Other than his parents, Don was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Kaforey; and his father-in-law, Robert R. Willingham.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Don will be buried in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Cuyahoga Falls.
