Donald C. Carter

Donald Carter, 77, of Lake Milton, passed away on October 5, 2024. He was born on January 11, 1947 and was raised by his loving Grandmother, Spicey Carter. Don proudly served his country in the U. S. Marines during the Vietnam War. He was a member of both the American Legion and the VFW. He retired after many years of dedicated service from General Motors. Don was a Jack of All Trades and took great pride in his house. He enjoyed the old school classic muscle cars and playing a good game of cards with great friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Meda Carter; his beloved grandmother Spicey Carter; and 4 siblings.

Don is survived by his loving son Joey Carter; grandson Lestat Carter; granddaughter Gabriella Carter; great-granddaughter Lacey; sister Sue; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Per Don's wishes cremation will take place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date by his son Joey Carter.
