Donald M. "Don" Brafford, 68, passed away on October 15, 2010. Don served with the US Army and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after over 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and enjoyed fishing and boating. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Rose Ann Brafford; and infant son, Adam. Survivors include his sons, Tim and Mike (Hope); grandson, Adam; and dear friend, Judy. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral mass Thursday, 10 a.m., at St. Matthew Catholic Church. (Please meet at church). Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
