Donald F. Vrotny, 84, passed away on July 10, 2023. He was born on May 15, 1939 the son of the late Peter and Edna Vrotny of Natrona Heights, PA. Don retired after many years of dedicated service as a machinist at Pennsylvania Crusher in Cuyahoga Falls. He was an avid fisherman and always enjoyed fishing at Lake Erie. Don was on a bowling league at Gran Lanes. He had many achievements but his greatest was his love for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Richard Vrotny and Jack Vrotny.
Don is survived by his children Monica Elifritz, Marcia Hammett, Michelle Vrotny, and David Vrotny; 9 grandchildren; loving companion of 43 years, Betty Batchik; and her children Lee Anne Hahn, Kathryn Batchik, and Tina Teeling; 6 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends of Don.
Cremation will take place per Don's wishes.
