Donna Gorman, 60, passed away September 25, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She was a hairdresser for 35 years and managed Salon Suites in the Akron/Canton area for 15 years. Donna's hobby was making crafts and she was a member of Twigs for 15 years at Akron Children's Hospital. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football, baseball and golf. Donna especially loved family vacations to Virginia Beach. Donna was a loving and devoted wife and mother and enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Husak; and uncle, Steve Krupnak. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, John; son, Danny Gorman and his special friend, Charlotte; mother, Catherine Husak; brother, Danny Husak; nephew, Joey Husak; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thank you to Brenda from Summa VNS for the special care she provided. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, October 3, from 10 am to 12 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
