Donna Hynicka Allison, of Akron, earned her wings on May 14, 2012. She was born in Johnstown, PA on November 4, 1931 to the late Eugene and Anna Hynicka. Some of Donna's favorite loves were sewing, gardening, walking, cooking and reading; but most of all, Donna loved spending time with children and helping people.
Donna is survived by her husband of 58 years, Melvin; daughters, Marjorie "Sue", Ann and Amy; Ann's sons and Donna's grandsons, Blake and Brett Stoehr; sisters, Jean, Gloria and Rebecca.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service to celebrate Donna's life will take place later in the summer.
