Donna Mae Nash, 88, of Akron, passed away on July 1, 2024. She was born on October 29, 1935 to Earl and Esther {Harper} Butcher.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her son Robert A. Nash Jr. and siblings Coletta, Don, Earl Jr. "Pooch" and Joyce.
Donna is survived by her loving grandchildren Kelly Brouse-Dominic, Nikole (John) Hicks and Robert J. Nash "BJ"; great-grandchildren McKenna, Daisha, Sydney, Shooter, Hank, Dylan and Penelope; great-great-granddaughter Ivy; bonus grandchildren Jason and his children Belle and Maddy, Joe (Amanda) and their son Theo, Ty (Ashley) and their children Alexia and Alivia, Amelia, Liam and Nora; special friends Faith, Becky, Jerry, Inez, George and Teresa; many extended family members and friends.
Donna was a natural caregiver and found her passion in caring for her family. She dedicated her life to making sure others were fed, nurtured, and loved. This included both family and friends. She had a life long career in food service making sure others were nourished and felt special both at Sanginitgi’s and Lucerne Products. She valued her relationships with others above all else in her life. Donna was a naturally talented artist and always enjoyed a good puzzle and true crime show. Of all of the special things about Donna, her true calling and gift was as “Gram”. Donna was a grandmother to three generations and the memories she made will last a lifetime.
