Donna J. Sumner, 87, of Akron, passed away on December 23, 2017 of natural causes.
She was born in Akron on December 25, 1929 to the late Otto and Oda Puckett. Donna was a devoted and loving wife to her husband Jerry for 66 years until his passing in 2012. She was preceded in death by her only grandson, Dale Testerman.
Donna was also a loving and caring mother to her three children, Roy Sumner, Michael Sumner, and Paula Sumner Breese.
She was a faithful Christian who was loved and respected by everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
Per Donna's request, there will be no services.
