Dorcas Mae Rollyson

Dorcas Mae Rollyson, 91, passed away peacefully at home October 29, 2021. Born December 18, 1929 in Gassaway, WV to Earl and Dona (Gay) Hall, she lived in the Akron area all of her adult life. Dorcas retired from Teledyne Monarch Rubber in Hartville. She belonged to both the Moose Club and VFW of Mogadore. She enjoyed taking care of her pets, working in her yard, cooking camping, traveling, fishing and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Earl Rollyson; granddaughter, Tamela Rollyson, 8 siblings. Dorcas will be sadly missed by her son, Mike (Eva) Rollyson; grandchildren, Candis, David, Jason, Justin, Jordan, Josh (Lauren); 14 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren. daughter-in-law, Deloris Rollyson; several nieces, nephews and friends.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Dorcas' name to the Humane Society of Summit County.
