Doris M. Baldwin

TALLMADGE-Doris M. Baldwin, 81, passed away April 5, 2005. Doris was born May 10, 1923 in Pennsylvania but lived most of her life in Springfield Twp., Ohio. She was a member of the Tallmadge Church of the Nazarene, the VFW Auxiliary, and the Royal Neighbors. She was previously employed at KMart and the Millroy Elementary School cafeteria, and volunteered with Mobile Meals. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; and sons, Ronald and Mick. She is survived by her daughter, Paulette (Larry) House of Hudson; sister, Ella (Dick) Gibson of Tallmadge; grandchildren, Renee, Shelley, David, Greg, Sherry, Ron Jr., Michael, and Matt; fifteen great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Tallmadge Church of the Nazarene, 191 S. Munroe Rd., with Pastor Steve Wellman officiating. Calling hours at the church from 10-11 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
