Dorothy L. Smith, 91, went home to be with her Lord on June 3, 2007. She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on February 29, 1916 to the late Charles and Flora Anderson. She was a member of Harvestime Apostolic Temple and was very devoted to her family and church family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Martin N. Smith; and brothers Ernie, Virgil "Bud", and Kenneth "Ken" Anderson. Survivors include sons Milford (Martha) and Raymond (Ruth) Smith; daughter Beverly (Roger) Unger; brother Melvin "Tom" (Helen) Anderson; sister-in-law Ellenore Anderson; grandchildren Marty (Libby), Jim (Donna), Robin (Mark), Steve (Teri), Ray (Linda), Christine (Jeff), Cynthia (J.B.), Shawn, and Shane (Heather); 24 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 5-9 p.m. and Thursday, 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Harvestime Apostolic Temple, 136 E. Maple St., Hartville, OH 44632 where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
