Dorothy A Snyder "Dottie", age 72, went home to be with the lord unexpectedly Sunday, June 24 at her residence. She was born in Wheeling, WV., to the late George and Martha Willming. Dottie was a member of Springfield Baptist Church. She loved being involved with her grandchildren and spending time with them and also with her great grandson. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years William. She is survived by her daughters Kathy Sopko (Chuck) and Julie Smith (Mark); her brother Robert Willming (Pat); grandchildren Alisa Marie (Derek), Britteny, Ashley, Cody and her great grandson Riley. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 27 at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd, Akron, with Pastor Larry Baldridge officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till the service begins. Interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
