Douglas Andrew Onuschak
Douglas Andrew Onuschak, 34, passed away on August 2, 2006. Born in Youngstown on June 10, 1972. Douglas graduated from Mogadore High School and attended Baldwin Wallace College and the University of Akron. Douglas toured with the Ohio State Fair Choir in Europe at the age of 15. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Brimfield and enjoyed fishing, sports, and playing Scrabble. Preceded in death by his father Raymond. Survivors include his mother Carol Onuschak; daughter Taylor Renee Onuschak; grandmother Ora L. Davidson, of Brimfield; and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Calling hours will be Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service Monday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home, Rev. David Andrews officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family c/o Newcomer Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.Newcomerfamily.com.
