Dwayne Bruce Mick, 53, of Akron, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. He was born to parents Dale W. and Patricia J. Mick on April 15, 1967 in Akron.
Preceding him in death is his father, Dale.
Left to cherish Bruce's memory is his wife, Jill Mick, of 7 years; mother, Patricia; sister, Tamala Hoffman; granddaughter, Emmlyn; step-son, William Shively; and step-daughter, Stephanie Rickenbacker; and uncle, Cecil Mick, of West Virginia.
Bruce was a big sports fanatic; The Ohio State, West Virginia Mountaineers and the Minnesota Vikings were among his favorite teams. He loved to go fishing, spending time with his family and friends, especially with his granddaughter. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Bruce's life will be held at a later time by his family and friends.
