Earl F Chafe, 73, of Lakemore passed away September 16, 2006. Earl was retired from Goodyear with 42 years of service. He was a member of the Army-Navy Club # 273, Army Veteran of the Korean War and an avid card player. He is preceded in death by his parents Augustas and Lola Chafe; wife Margaret Chafe; son Paul Chafe and brother Bob Chafe. He is survived by daughters Sue and Melissa (Chuck); sons Cliff "Bud" (Sherry) and John (Geneie); brother Gene Smith; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 20 at 1 P.M. at the Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N Canton Rd. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 6 - 8 P.M. and on Wednesday one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
