Edith E. Heller, 75, of Akron, passed away August 20, 2006. Edith was born January 9, 1931 in Geissen, Germany. She married Carl Frank Heller on October 3, 1953 and moved to the United States in 1954. Edith was a homemaker all her life and enjoyed gardening, knitting, and crocheting. She was also a member of Milheim United Church of Christ. She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by all who knew her. Edith is survived by her husband, Carl; children, Carl (Sheri) Heller of Palm Bay, FL, Wessley (Bonnie) Heller, Linda Zonnevylle, Raymond (Sue) Heller, and Donna (Tom) Dilyard; grandchildren, Carl Richard (Missy) Heller, Wesley Heller, Jennifer (Richard) Debow, Jason Zonnevylle, Kristina Zonnevylle, Christopher Adkins, Elizabeth Adkins, Joshua Heller, Jacob Dilyard, and Zane Dilyard; great-grandchildren, Carl Michael and Savannah. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
