Edith G. (Mueller) Selzer
Edith G. (Mueller) Selzer, 93, of Lakemore passed away at Bath Manor on January 21, 2008. She was born on August 22, 1914 in Middleburg Heights, OH to the late Wm and Gail Mueller. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ray L. She was the mother of 4 children, Nancy Sanner, of Lakemore, Linda (Louis) Stange, of Uniontown, Richard Selzer, of Akron, and Robert (Sandy) Selzer, of Akron. She was a loving grandmother to 5 grandchildren, David (Snjezana) Sanner, Richard (Melody) Sanner, Susan (Michael) Krosnick, Daniel (Melissa) Stange, and Janet (Darren) Carpenter. She had 11 great-grandchildren, Lydia, Ashton, Ryan, Jacob, Zachary, Kendra, Rachel, Kaitlyn, Dillon, Benjamin, and Abigail. She was a Sunday school teacher for 30 years at Lakemore United Methodist Church. She was active in Garden Club and Cub Scouts. She did painting in her later life, and also participated in the Mobile Meal program out of Edwin Shaw Hospital. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
