Edward A. Rutter, 73, passed away October 24, 2007. Edward was born March 11, 1934 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Faye Rutter. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired truck driver and member of Teamsters Local 91. Edward attended Trinity Church of the Nazarene and belonged to the Rainmakers Camper Club. In his free time he enjoyed working outdoors, building trailers, and hunting. Edward will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Dorothymae; son, Wayne (Linda) Rutter; daughter, Tami (Wayne) Vaudrin; brothers, Gene (Loralee) Rutter and Glenn (Joanne) Rutter of Florida; stepdaughter, Crystal (David) Houpt; grandson, Nicholas Vaudrin; stepgrandchildren, Shana (Joshua) Thomas and John Houpt; step-great-grandchildren, Dakota and Dustin Thomas and Luke, Logan, and Lexie Houpt; niece, Debbie Ponder of Florida; nephews, Jeff (Diana) Rutter of Florida and James (Marty) Rutter of Albuquerque, NM; great-nephew, Nicholas Rutter; and many other relatives and friends. Family and friends may call on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m., Pastor Harold Bradley officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
