"Winnie's" life was full and adventurous, born in San Diego California, grew and experienced life in Pennsylvania and Ohio, finally moving to Anaheim California to be near her daughter. We celebrate the life of a great lady and are rejoicing to know she is again dancing in the arms of her beloved husband, Jimmy. Winnie is survived by her brothers Robert Bell and Ed Bell and children Chris Stafford, Sheri Pynckel, Carmi Allen, James Giustino, Elaine Inocenzi, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and good friends too numerous to mention. Prayers will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday August 31, at Newcomer Funeral Home then to Our Lady of Victory for a 10:00 a.m. service. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.newcomerfamily.com
