Elaine L. Filipski (Nock)
Elaine L. Filipski, 67, of Stow, passed away August 9, 2010 at her residence. She was born August 3, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to the late Howard & Ellen (McDonough) Nock. Elaine was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked as a Security Manager at both Higbee's and Kohl's. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Radcliff. Elaine is survived by her husband, Paul S. Filipski; daughter, Michelle Teter (Corbett) of Tallmadge; son, Virgil (Tiffany) of Streetsboro; grandchildren, Emily, Sierra, Elaine, Isaiah Paul and Sofia; sisters, Noreen Vargo of Euclid, twins Donna Consilio (Richard) of Arlington TX and Diane Harris (Larry) of Mentor, Ellen Davis (Frank) of Novelty, OH; brother, Howard Nock (Paula) of Chesterland. A gathering will be held on Saturday, August 14 from 1 – 5 p.m. at Fellowship Bible Church, 16391 Chillicothe, Route 306, Chagrin Falls OH 44023 with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
