Eleanor R. Bynum

Eleanor R. Bynum, age 82, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on March 15, 2025 at Western Reserve Hospital. She was born on March 24, 1942 to Arthur and Evelyn (London) Vail in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Eleanor enjoyed painting, she could turn anything into a piece of art. She also loved cats, feeding the neighborhood raccoons and geese, and being outdoors. She was a very simple woman. Her family fondly remembers her for being headstrong and someone you could really count on.

Eleanor is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara (Jeff Ewart) Movens; grandchildren, Candice and Mark Movens, Seth (Tina) Keller and David (Kristen) Ewart; great-grandchildren, Ivori, Carolyn and Alora Keller; sister, Shawna Vail-Conrad; as well as other family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol (James Keller) Leaver; and life partner, John Fifer

Cremation has taken place and there are no formal services planned at this time.

Dear God, through all the emotions we are not in sorrow alone, but with a deep sense of faith in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We know God that she is reunited and dancing in your Kingdom with those that have passed before her. We do thank you, God, for the time we got with grandma, for the love she shared with us, and the laughter she brought. We cherish it all! Though her absence leaves a big void, fill it with peace, God. Comfort us all left behind, God, until we meet again in your beautiful Kingdom. In Jesus name, Amen.
