Ellen "Pete" L. Ferrell, 86, of Akron, went home to be with her Lord on February 15, 2013. She was born in Amie, PA on May 15, 1926 to the late William and Grace Marvin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Ferrell, brother, G. Nelson Marvin; sister, Lillian Polland and Marie Beardshaw. Ellen is survived by her brother, W. Boyd Marvin; sister, Mary Shaffer; nieces, Patricia Beardshaw and Cheryl Hanzel. Cremation has taken place.
Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Ascension Lutheran Church, 3801 Oakwood Ave. NW, Huntsville, AL 35810.
