Elmer G. "Sonny" Falasco, 86, of Ravenna, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2020. He was born to parents, Antonio and Fiorina (nee Berardi) Falasco on February 23, 1933 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Delores; brother Richard; and sister Adeline Reardon.
Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Norma Brilhart; step-sons Dean and Daryl Pierce; nieces Denise Anderson and Cheryl Martin; and nephews Frank Reardon and Richard Falasco.
Sonny was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked at Sharon Steel for 32 years before retiring at the age of 65. Sonny was a devout Christian and loved the Lord. He was quiet natured with a keen sense of humor that will be dearly missed.
Private services were held by the family.
He will be later laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
