Elsie E. Carney, 83, joined her deceased husband, Edward J. Carney on Jan. 3, 2009. Elsie was born in England where she met Edward during World War II. She was a member of Annunciation Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Edward in 2006. Elsie is survived by her sons, Paul, Joseph (Roxan), James (Shelly), John (Susan) and Patrick; grandchildren, Jennifer Kline (Chad), Michael, Shaina, Adrian, Jessica, Jimmy and Bryan; and great-granddaughter, Courtney. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Annunciation Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
