Emil Palmer, of Akron, passed away December 9, 2013. He was born in Akron, OH to the late Vernon and Nan Palmer. He was a veteran in WWII. Along with his wife, Emil owned C&E Catering. He was from south Akron, was an avid golfer and loved to play poker.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Hailey.
Emil is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte, of 35 years; children, Teresa and Phil; step-children, Robert and Mitchell Preston; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren
