Eric E. Gardenhight Sr.
March 6, 1957 — January 8, 2017
Eric E. Gardenhight Sr. 59, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Eric was born on March 3, 1957 in Asheville, North Carolina to Billy and Ruby Gardenhight Sr. Eric was employed at the YMCA Phoenix school as a counselor for the past 35 years and loved his students. He enjoyed music, sports and laughing. More than anything Eric loved the Lord and spending time with his family.
Eric is preceded in death by his mother Ruby Gardenhight; brother, Billy Gardenhight Jr.
Eric is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Gloria Lynn Gardenhight; children, Eric E. Gardenhight II and Nartarsha Gills along with her 3 children
A Memorial Service will be held January 21, 2017 at First Friends Church at 12 p.m. on the corner of 55 NE Market Ave. N
Canton OH.
