Ericka Nichole Bell

Ericka Nichole Bell, 30, passed away surrounded by her family on March 27, 2024 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on May 17, 1993 in Riverside, CA. She graduated from Green High School in 2012. Ericka loved Disney movies, going on adventures, attending concerts, spending time with family, balloons and getting her nails painted. She had an infectious laugh, it would often be so loud. It would bring smiles to all those around her.

Ericka is survived by her loving mother, Tina (Michael) Hayden; grandmothers, Priscilla Gaul and Janice Hayden; aunts, Debi Stephens and Kimberly (Bob) Willesch; uncle, Douglas (Tina) Hayden; sisters, Falecia Bell and Caitlin Bell; step-sisters; and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Thomas Gaul and Samuel Hayden.

There were many nurses over the years that took such great care of Ericka, just like she was their own. The family would like to thank those who loved and cared for her.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44305) on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 12:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm. Minister Richard Cole will officiate.
