Ethel I. Hoffman, 95, of Akron, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020. She was born to parents Albert and Bessie Lemke, she was a lifelong resident of Akron.
Preceding her in death is her husband, Chris; her brother and 2 sisters.
Ethel was a faithful member of the Brown Street Church of Christ and was a wonderful example of loving God and his church. Ethel loved to joke around and brag that her middle name was "Trouble". She loved to garden and enjoyed watching the birds from her front window. She was an independent lady and joined the war effort to help build airplanes during World War II. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Private services will be held by her family and friends.
