Ethel Annamae (Baer) Lewis

Ethel Annamae (Baer) Lewis, 84, of Tallmadge, passed away April 15, 2021. "Ann" was born in Akron on September 23, 1936 to William and Bertha Baer. She attended Tallmadge High School, married William Lewis, and lived in W. Virginia for several years before moving back to the Akron area. Ann was a gentle, yet feisty soul. She was an avid reader, crafter, loved bingo, and was always willing to give service to her community. Ann was a well loved member of Trinity UCC.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Lewis, and brothers Robert and John. She is survived by son Mark (Kathy) Lewis, sisters Irene Brandt and Margaret Krier, sister-in-law Sandy Baer, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.

There will be a visitation at 10:00 followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 on Tuesday, April 27 at Trinity United Church of Christ, 915 N. Main St., Akron, OH 44310 with Pastor David Brown officiating. Memorials can be made in Ann's name to Trinity UCC. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date.
